Do your products require assembly?

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this time will not be accepted, but you can still return your order for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, especially during holidays and sales. Once processed, your order will be shipped the next day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. On average:

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you’ve received incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please email us with:

  • Photographs of the item(s).
  • A brief description of the issue.

We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear. If you haven’t received a refund yet:
